About Harmony TMS


Harmony TMS Therapy is conveniently located within the confines of Family Center for Recovery in Lantana, FL. Dr. Robert A. Moran started this unique treatment because he saw a number of patients resistant to medication and traditional therapeutic methods. He partnered with friend and colleague Dr. Randy Pardell who has been a key player in TMS research and the medical director at Riverview Psychiatric & TMS Center of the Hudson Valley in Poughkeepsie, New York.

Dr. Robert A Moran

CEO - Medical Director


Dr. Robert A. Moran is Board Certified in Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry, and Addiction Medicine (both by the American Society of Addiction Medicine and the American Board of Addiction Medicine). He is also certified by the American Society of Clinical Psychopharmacology.

Dr. Randy I. Pardell

Associate Medical Director


Dr. Pardell received his undergraduate degree with Magna Cum Laude honors from the University of Pennsylvania where was elected to Phi Beta Kappa and Medical Degree with honors from New York University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Psychiatry, serving as Chief Resident at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital.

James helped to spear-head the creation of Harmony TMS Therapy with the guidance from Dr. Robert Moran and Dr. Randy Pardell. James has worked with Dr. Moran for several years at the Family Center for Recovery and has played an integral role within the company. He is an experienced employee with expertise in the workings of Insurance, Cognitive Enhancement Programs, Family Services, and TMS Treatments. James was trained in TMS Therapy over the span of a year by Dr. Pardell, one of the original pioneers of a successful TMS practice.

Hector Sigler

Supervisor of Cognitive Rehabilitation


Hector is Certified to Provide TMS by the NeuroStar University Clinical Training Program along with being Dr. Moran's Personal Assistant. Hector was also involved in the Cravings study by providing TMS therapy to the patients at FCFR.
